Description

It is an old tomb district of the Gaya and Silla Dynasty, contiguous to the east of Nakdonggang River and located on the broad hilly areas at about 70m above sea level. As a result of researching the earth space, a total of 205 old tombs from the 3rd to the mid-7th century were commonly distributed from the top to the inclined surface of the hill. A mound tomb is in the form of a circle or a ground dipper, with the inside consisting of a pit tomb, a jar coffin tomb, and a stone-lined tomb. Relics such as mounted dish, etc., or earthenware, accessories, sword with ring pommel, etc., or ironware were found. These ancient tombs are important material for studying the power and culture that existed at that time.
