Description
In 1996, a research team from the Gongju National Museum excavated the remains of a site at Jeongjisan Mountain in Gongju, where it is assumed ancient state rituals were held. The site is believed to be related with another ritual site named Yuji, where, according to her epitaph, the funeral of the queen of King Muryeong (r. 501-523) of the Baekje Kingdom was held.
