Description

The marsh area of Daesong-ri, Haman has developed along Namgang River. It is 1.5 ~ 2m deep. The marsh and plants living in it have been disappearing over time. Gwangju An Clan settled here and kept the marsh area well for the proliferation of offspring, following feng shui. The marsh in Beopsu-myeon, Haman is the only marsh designated as a Natural Monument to protect the plants living in it and is very important as a habitat for aquatic animals as well as fish. Therefore, it is designated as a Natural Monument
