Description
The whole of Aduseom Island is believed to have been a dinosaur habitat in view of the many fossil sites - including nests and footprints of sauropods and theropods - that have been found around the island. Notably, the island has many fossilized dinosaur nests with eggs, comparable in number to those at Hwaseong and Boseong, two internationally renowned habitats of extinct terrestrial animals. A rare deposit of fossilized dinosaur bones has also been found on the island, further adding to its value for paleo-ecological research.
