The list of calligraphy albums and classical books is as follows: 1. Classical books - Consisting of seven books, Seojeon was published by Chae Chim and was the most favorite book of Kim Buui. It was regarded as a must-read book for Confucian scholars. The 17 books of Songjo myeongsin eonhaengnok (Words and Deeds of Eminent Subjects of the Song Dynasty) were published in Cheongdo-gun, whereas Maewoldang jip (Collective Works of Kim Si-seup) was published by the order of King Seonjo. In addition, there are five books of Jeompiljae jip (Collective Works of Kim Jong-jik), six books of Yeokdae myeonggam, which describe the remarkable achievements of kings, queens, and subjects, two books of Juja Daejeon (Complete Works of Zhu Xi), and two books of Jingbirok (Book of Correction) by Ryu Seong-ryong. 2. Calligraphy albums - Toegye Seonsaeng yumuk (Calligraphies by Yi Hwang) consists of 17 pages and includes the epitaph of Kim Hyo-ro, which was written by Yi Hwang. Yi’s other calligraphy album is titled Toegye Seonsaeng seobeop, and it contains a transcription of 60 characters including 56 characters of heptasyllabic verses and the title. The 17-page Byeolsicheop collected poetries and prose to commemorate the filial conducts of colleagues. These classical books of the Joseon Period are regarded as precious historical documents that show the historical state of that time.
