Description
Cheongwonru house has considerable historic and academic value as a structure used by local upper-class scholars during the seventeenth century. Its overall feature of extremely excluded embellishments displays the personality of an upright scholar. It is thought that it is an example of a case that shows how humanistic factors are displayed in esthetic quality. It was restored in the seventeenth and has been maintained in good condition since then. Its overall composition gives an impression of solid unity.
