Description
Gwiraejeong Pavilion is considered an important material among scholars engaged in research on the architecture of the Joseon period. Its hexagonal plane is ingeniously divided into a wooden floor space, an ondol-heated space, and a closet. Round and rectangular columns are used harmoniously. It has a hip-and-gable roof and a sunken wooden floor space which connects to the outside at the same level.
