Description
This royal confidential order (No. 29) requiring the mobilization of the nation’s armed forces was issued to the Commander of the Left Jeolla Province Naval Forces Yi Sun-sin by King Seonjo on February 15, 1591 (the 24th year of the reign of King Seonjo of the Joseon Dynasty).
