Description
These two woodblocks stored at Songgwangsa Temple in Suncheon were used to print four of the five chapters of Cheongnyangdap sunjong simyo beommun (Dialogue between Qingliang and Emperor Shunzong on Buddhist Teaching of the Mind, or Qingliang da Shunzong xinyao famen). The fifth chapter of the book was printed at the end of Jonggyeong chwaryo (Essentials of Reflections on the Essential Truth, or Zongjing cuoyao) together with a colophon. The blocks have been preserved in almost perfect condition since they were first used at Songgwangsa Temple in 1531.
