Description
This certificate granting the authority to mobilize troops was issued by King Seonjo to Sin Yeoryang upon his appointment as the Commander of the Western Jeolla Fleet in 1605. The document is considered worthy of designation as a national cultural heritage because most of the king’s messages concerning meritorious retainers issued up until the eighteenth century have already been designated as national cultural heritages.
